Position overview:

assist the warehouse supervisor in any customer service task related to the warehouse procedures. Assist warehouse supervisor in delegating task to WH associates. Inform supervisors and upper management on results. Maintain the facilities beautifications.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Lead and delegate task to team of 5 employees per shift (small warehouse);
  
• Daily reporting; 
  
• The ability to work in a fast pace environment;
  
• Assist in the overall day-to-day warehouse service operations; 
  
• Utilize and implement any previous experience, skill and knowledge in the warehouse service operations facility; 
  
• Assit in the movement of materials throughout the warehouse cycle;
  
• Assist in ensuring proper implementation and execution of all warehouse operational aspects of the logistics services to customer and inter-departments;
  
• Assist in the study of warehouse methods in order to improve WH workflow;
  
• Assist in analyzing unit-operating practices, such as record keeping systems, forms control, work are layout, suggestion systems; 
  
• Interpret operating policies;
  
• Maintain a sage work environment.
