What are you going to do:
Do you have an affinity for technology and a keen eye for automated production environments? A leading international high-tech manufacturer in Eindhoven is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Operator. At this advanced facility, state-of-the-art circuit boards are assembled for global use in medical devices, renewable energy infrastructure, and smart industry networks.
As an Operator, you ensure that high-speed pick-and-place lines operate seamlessly without interruptions. Through a structured on-the-job training program, you will gradually learn how to run and calibrate the machinery independently. The job involves plenty of movement and active monitoring on the floor, while remaining physically light.
Your Responsibilities:
- Overseeing automated placement machines and maintaining continuous line productivity
- Loading, splicing, and replacing component reels before they run empty
- Performing visual quality checks on printed circuit boards and placed components
- Troubleshooting first-line machine stoppages and clearing errors efficiently
- Working strictly according to technical quality protocols and work instructions
- Maintaining an orderly, clean, and ESD-safe production environment
