Wat ga je doen?

What are you going to do?
As a full-time customer service representative you’ll be answering questions from Signify’s international clients. Signify is the new company name for Philips Lightning, and a world leader in connected LED lighting systems, software and services.

What is my role exactly?
You will mostly be dealing with Turkish and English customers. They will call you with all their LED-related questions and problems. From an order that hasn’t been delivered yet to a potential client in Istanbul seeking more info about Signify’s services. As a full-time customer service representative you listen carefully and help the client as best as possible. You look up the missing package in your system and offer to send a free brochure to the Istanbul client. You also make sure that every conversation you have, is recorded in Signify’s internal system.

But I haven’t got any customer service experience…
No problem. Before you start as a full-time customer service representative, you’ll follow a paid, twelve-day training course. Here, you’ll learn all about Signify’s services and useful conversational techniques.

And when will I be working?
As a full-time customer service representative, you can work 24 hours per week, or by choice up to 40 hours per week. The Signify office is open from Monday to Saturday from 8am till 10pm. Your working hours are flexible and you can indicate your own availability.

Wat wij vragen:

  • Minimaal een diploma mbo niveau 4;
  • You have at least a secondary vocational education (mbo4).
  • You’re fluent in Turkish and English.
  • You’re interested in technique and know your way around a computer.
  • You have great communicative skills and are service-oriented.
