Dutch Sales Team Leader for Google Ads - Lisbon

Have you been working in managerial position and wanted to step up the game? We are looking for a Dutch speaking Team Leader in Lisbon. As the team leader of the Dutch sales team, you will be the true inspiration, being responsible for the team’s success and continuous improvement, assuring the accomplishment of the internal objectives.

40 uur per week
Tussen €1.600 en €2.000 Per maand

What are you going to do:

You will be responsible to manage 15 Sales Representatives in charge for the commercial growth of their own client portfolio, which is Google Ads! You will work in highly target driven environment, where you are expected to work towards each Google Ads Specialist individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team - increasing the client’s customer base across EMEA.

Your roles mainly include:

  • Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and
    performance goals;
  • Develop sales strategies aimed at optimizing the market potential;
  • Motivate, involve and create the best team spirit for the team;
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues.

What we ask:

  • At least finished high school
  • Proven managerial experiences, preferably in sales environment (minimum 2 years);
  • Native/near native Dutch speakers (mandatory);
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2);
  • Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
