Customer Service Support for Financial Services in Amsterdam

We have a challenging position at Transparent Solutions B.V.! We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who wants to join our audit team as a customer service support.
What are you going to do:
As a customer service support at our office in Amstelveen, you are responsible to maintain all communication with our customers' suppliers. You contact suppliers to request a financial statement from their account and/or verify financial claims from our audit team. Our customers and their suppliers are located in many different industries around the world. So all communications will be done via emails and telephones using our own (adapted) software.
In a nutshell, you have two main responsibilities as a customer service support:
1. Statements management: Manage a number of received statements by making qualitative calls to suppliers in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
2. Data and processing: Processing received statements according to targeted deadlines, processing invoices, and updating the master data.
What we offer:
- Work hours between 32 - 40 hours a week;
- Salary €10,50 per hour;
- Temporary work for 50 working days;

What we ask:
- At least finished mbo
- Fluent in English and Dutch written and oral;
- Knowledge of financial services is a plus;
- You are stress resistant;
- You are independent, flexible and multitask;
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages.
