Start as administrative HR employee at a food delivery company in Amsterdam
Would you like to work for a well-known international company in the food delivery industry? Do you have experience with administrative tasks and are you fluent in English? Then start as a part-time administrative HR assistant in Amsterdam.
What are you going to do:
The company you will be working for is known all over the world for delivering food. How cool is that? This organisation employs a huge number of people, which is why they could use some help within the human resources department. As the company works at a global level, colleagues of many different nationalities work here. So it is very useful that you speak and write English fluently!
As an administrative employee you have a wide range of tasks. For example, you answer the HR-related questions of colleagues. Fortunately, you are a strong communicator and it is no problem for you at all to help them out. Since they work with a ticket system for these questions, it is also important that you are able to work well with (online)systems.
As a lot of documentation has to be done on a daily basis, we are looking for someone who can work accurately according to the correct compliancy guidelines.
At the beginning you start on a part-time basis for 24 hours a week. After 3 months the possibility of increasing the number of hours will be discussed.

What we ask:
- At least finished hbo
- You speak and write English fluently;
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience as a HR-administrator;
- Knowledge of Excel is a plus.
