What do we expect from you?
In this newly created position the Manager CRM
will be part of the global team, reporting to the VP
Finance & Operations and delivering the following:
- Manage a growing team of 5-10 Customer Relationship Managers, office-based
in Amsterdam and Leipzig, covering the European regions in which our client is
- Strengthen the existing
commercial relationships with TTT customers, by understanding their needs and
giving them responsive support.
- Gain insight by performing business analytics on the customer data to develop
an effective customer loyalty program.
- Prepare and manage the renewals of
the subscriptions, minimizing cancellations.
- Work closely together with Operations, Marketing
and Sales teams to maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on
activities that create lifetime customers.
new business opportunities to maximize revenue while preserving the trust gained with the customer.
- Champion necessary CRM changes
ensuring full buy in from all stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
be successful as the CRM Manager, this is the kind of profile we have in mind,
- gained at least 6-9
years of experience in a similar role, covering Customer Service, CRM, account
development or other related roles in a B2B environment;
- are confident to deal with continuous change while keeping
a strong relationship with customers and stakeholders (a.o. Operations,
- have a track record of
developing and managing a team in achieving more together in an international
and dynamic environment;
excellent skills in listening, asking, understanding and communicating;
- apply analytical skills and enjoy helping customers in
optimizing their businesses;
- have a (master)
degree in business, marketing or a related field;
- understand well several
(CRM) systems and how to set up an effective system environment;
- speak English fluently
and at least one other language;
- feel connected with
