What are you going to do:

As a German Customer Service Agent in Hattem, you will be the first point of contact for customers. These are international, but you will mainly serve German speakers. Your tasks include dealing with incoming questions and problems with the software and you will help with the onboarding of new customers. Before you have your first customers on the phone, you will be prepared in detail for your tasks and familiarised with the products. If you have an affinity for technology and enjoy contact with customers, the tasks will be child's play for you. You work mostly independently but you have a team that always supports you.

Despite the current situation, you will travel to the office at least 3 days a week in order to become part of the family and collegial company culture in addition to your work. You will be available to clients during normal working hours on weekdays.

Your employer is a fast-growing software company in the field of automotive engineering. The company is located near Zwolle and also has branches in Germany, Great Britain and Turkey.
