Team lead sales African region in Lelystad

Your position:
In this role you will structure, and further develop the sales team and the customer base for the African region. You will be responsible for some of the key-accounts and the day-to-day management of the team. You will join the sales leadership team where you will report directly to the Commercial Director. We are seeking a passionate, experienced and driven team lead with the ability to lead, motivate and develop the sales team.
What are you going to do?
- Drive sales initiatives and assist the team in further developing the customer base to ensure the continued success of Imres in French and Portuguese speaking Africa
- Engage with customers and organisations in French and Portuguese speaking Africa
- Ensure successful, robust sales processes are in place and adhered to
- Use your experience and skills to support your team through the entire lifecycle of the sale, from finding prospects to completing the project
- Support and review sales quotes, sales order management and delivery schedule
- Organize team meetings and the yearly performance reviews with your team
Who you are and what qualities you hold
You are a seasoned, enthusiastic team lead with a structured approach and the ability to guide your team to continuously improve themselves. Furthermore you have:
- Relevant work experience (6 to 8 years) in an international healthcare sales management environment
- Ability to structure, develop, support and enable sales teams
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills and the clear ability to foster effective and collaborative relationships within the team and across all departments
- A serious commitment to operational excellence and administrative tasks
- Fluent in Dutch and French, Portuguese would be an advantage
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience is a strong advantage.
