The goal
At YoungCapital, we link driven talent to excellent employers. This helps jobseekers (like yourself) boost their careers and establish their place in the job market. We already manage 27 different websites across Europe, including StudentJob, Uitzendbureau, and Jobbird. The latter is currently the number 7 job board of the UK. Next to that, we have just launched our main brand, YoungCapital, on the British market. To achieve (and maintain) our success, writing relevant content for our target group is a top priority.
And that's where you enter the picture.
Your role
As our content team lead UK at YoungCapital in Hoofddorp, you'll oversee the performance of your direct colleagues within the UK team. Besides that, you'll be responsible for the quality of content crafted by all English SEO copywriters. Writing is also still a big part of your role as our UK content team lead.
Your job as a full-time UK content team lead at YoungCapital in Hoofddorp will consist of a diverse range of tasks, including:

leading the UK content team, distributing tasks, keeping track of targets and maintaining deadlines

Writing original B2B and B2C content for our growing UK brands, such as on-page SEO texts for vacancies, company blogs and articles with career-related advice

Conducting keyword analysis and supporting the SEO specialist in setting up projects

Checking texts, giving feedback and occasionally editing existing content.

What we ask
- Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
- An English native who is an experienced copywriter
- At least some experience in leading a team (preferably)
- At least some experience with the UK market (preferably)
