What are you going to do:

We are looking for a Sales Support Agent to join a dynamic and creative company based in Almere. In this role, you will support our Accounts Managers in managing and developing our client base in the Benelux region. You will be the primary point of contact for the clients and prospects via phone and email, providing customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support Accounts Managers in managing and developing the Benelux market
  • Assist clients with order processing and tracking
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Provide regular reports on customer interactions and market trends to support decision-making

As a Sales Support Agent, you need to have some strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. You are also organized and able to manage your time.

What we ask:

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (knowledge of German is a plus);
