Wat ga je doen?
As a customer service representative, you will work fulltime for one of the leading players in the world of Led lighting. This is a company of Chinese origin whose European headquarters are located in Eindhoven. They import LED lamps from China and sell LED lighting to companies in over 70 countries.
As a fulltime customer service representative, you have a passion for providing excellent customer service. In order to provide customers with the best advice, you will use your social skills, so you are not at a loss for words and always speak nicely in French. Your goal is to exceed customer expectations. You do this by actively thinking along and coming up with appropriate solutions so that customers always remain positive about the services of the company you will be working for. Together with a large team, you work passionately towards one and the same goal: the best possible service for customers and good sales results!
Your duties and responsibilities mainly consist of managing the sales order processing process, including:
- Order processing (order intake/processing/confirmation/invoicing) in SAP;
- Communication with logistics partners;
- Required outsourcing with logistics partner;
- All required communication with customers and sales colleagues;
- Management of the order delivery process.
You will join a young and informal team of about 6 to 7 people. The working language in the company is English and the customers speak French. You will help customers from French-speaking Belgium so Dutch is also important.
Wat wij bieden
- A solid base salary of between €2.600 and €3.000 based on work experience (excluding holiday allowance);
- A long-term employment in an international environment;

- You can start immediately and will be trained by several colleagues.
Wat wij vragen:
- Minimaal een diploma mbo niveau 4;
- Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
- You speak and write French fluently. Also it is important to speak Dutch and the basics of English;
- You have experience in a customer-oriented work environment;
- Do you have experience with SAP and Microsoft Office? That's an advantage!
