As a French Customer Service Specialist in Amsterdam, you will ensure that customer queries are answered quickly and well. You don't need any experience in this role as long as you are client-focused! In this position, you will be an investment expert, so you should also be interested in finance. You are also good at empathising with clients and thinking in terms of solutions. You are enthusiastic on the phone and make sure that customers are satisfied. As a French Customer Service Specialist in Amsterdam, it is also important that you are willing to learn about the company's products and comply with company regulations. 

The team

The team you'll be part of is the Client Services & Order Desk team - your colleagues are brokers and client service representatives. They help private and business clients around the world, and have one mission: to increase Net Promoter Scores and offer investment products and services.
