What are you going to do:
Picture this: you're in the middle of an important project, and suddenly your laptop crashes. Ugh, talk about frustrating! But don't worry - get rid of the bug and call the technical support team! As a Finnish Customer Sales and Technical Support Advisor, you can be a hero and help customers troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
This UK company has a European branch in Heerlen, close to Maastricht, and they're looking for Finnish-speaking tech-savvy individuals to join the team. The center is focused on providing the very best after-sales care for the customers throughout Europe, handling customer warranty returns, distributing new products, and providing pre-sales and after-sales care through a multilingual call center.
As a Finnish Customer Sales and Technical Support Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing a professional and friendly service for technical, sales, and tracking support. This means that you'll be interacting with customers on a daily basis, providing them with advice and assistance on how to resolve their technical issues.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Manage email communication with customers to ensure timely and effective resolution of their inquiries or issues.
- Keep customer data up-to-date on our custom administration site by creating, updating, and modifying orders, sub-orders, and credit notes as needed.
- Handle payment processing and refund requests accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with production and administration departments to coordinate order fulfillment and address any issues that arise.
- Track and analyze customer satisfaction metrics, and report on the results to management to continuously improve our services.

What we offer:

- a gross salary between € 1800 and € 2200 per month;

What we ask:
- Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
- Fluent in Finnish and English;
- Any relevant experience or knowledge in technology.
