What are you going to do:
As a fulltime concierge at this company, you won't turn your hand to a versatile role. You are responsible for maintaining the rooms so that everyone can work here properly. You'll also make sure that breakdowns and malfunctions are fixed quickly, and keep a close eye on inventory. And if there's an event or meeting, you're also the one who arranges everything logistically. Of course you don't work alone, but you work closely with the facilities team and make sure that requests and breakdowns are dealt with quickly. You are the first point of contact for suppliers and service providers and guide them where necessary. So a solution-oriented attitude and top communication skills are really a must for this job. As a concierge you are the first point of contact for employees and visitors, you are super important for creating a warm welcome.

What we offer:

What we ask:
- Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
- Be available 40 hours a week;
- You speak and write English fluently; Dutch is a plus;
