Join the ranks of a renowned car brand that prioritizes sustainability and endeavors to make it accessible to all. This company, based in Almere, is seeking an aftersales expert who can ensure customer satisfaction through their diligent work.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming phone calls from customers and promptly assisting them or redirecting them to the appropriate contact person.
  • Assessing customer needs and determining how best to support them.
  • Providing accurate information to customers and explaining the company's policies.

Working Hours and Training:

As a full-time after sales employee, your problem-solving skills will shine as you serve as the initial point of contact for customers. This role requires your availability on a full-time basis, with a start date of the 1st of August. The working hours for this position are between 09:00-17:00 from Monday to Sunday, and for roadside assistance, between 21:00-09:00. 

The Customer Engagement Centre operates on the flexible shift rotation basis from Monday to Sunday, including weekends between 9:00 and 21:00 + we do have night shifts as well since the center is open 24/7. Shifts change for all the teammates regularly in advance.

  • The training will be approximately 3 weeks, from Monday till Friday from 9.00 AM till 5.15 PM.

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
  • Previous experience in customer service and a willingness to make phone calls;
  • You speak fluent Swedish and English.
