Where will you be working?

As part-time refund operator you will be working for an organization based at Schiphol Airport. This organization introduced the concept of 'tax-free shopping' 40 years ago. At Schiphol Airport products are bought that are still taxed. This tax can then be reclaimed here. 

Who are you?

You are the person who helps customers reclaim the tax. For this you know the correct information about the reclaim and you know how to enter this into the system. Administrative experience is a plus in this regard. At this organization it is important to act quickly, because many customers still have a flight to catch. These customers are of various nationalities, and that is why it's a must that you're making command of the English language. You have strong communication skills and can cope well with work pressure.

What we offer:

  • A gross hourly salary of €13.35 to €15.22;
  • A learning job as a Refund Operator at Schiphol Airport;

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
  • You are flexible on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • You are communicatively strong and stress resistant;
