Wat ga je doen?
As an Office Manager for this international organization in Utrecht, you will be responsible for multiple tasks. These tasks consist of:
- Receiving your colleagues and guests at the reception desk;
- Answering the telephone;
- Clean up the office space;
- Make orders for office supplies, such as lunch;
- Make sure everything is ready for your colleagues to use, such as filling the coffee beans or clearing out the dishwasher.
The most important part is: you are a real host(ess) and you really like to help your colleagues and the guests in the best way possible. You have an open personality, you are approachable and you are assertive. You can speak English and it's a plus if you also speak Dutch (but not mandatory). You are able to start working at the 28th of August, so you can prepare everything for the grand opening of the office at the 5th of September. You are available for 32 to 40 hours a week, preferably for a longer time.
This international organisation in Utrecht is specialized in cybersecurity. They have grown from 15 colleagues to more than 100 colleagues in a few years time and are still looking to expand their company. Internationally, there are way more coworkers! Their office is in the beautiful Central Park building, which is next to Utrecht Central Station, so it is great to reach by train, bus or bicycle!
Wat wij bieden
- Gross hourly wage of € 14 to € 15, based on your experience;
- Travel allowance;

Wat wij vragen:
- Minimaal mbo4 werk- en denkniveau;
- You don't need experience as an office manager, it's all about your personality;
- You are assertive and you can speak English without problems (Dutch is a plus);
- You can start on the 28th of August and you are preferably available for a longer period.
