As a CRM Database Manager, you are part of the marketing team within Trouw Nutrition. Your key focus is to drive the business forward by continuously improving the CRM system. Therefore, you will be working together closely with the local sales team and other (global) teams.

This position provides a great opportunity to work in a global organization and to act as a bridge between business needs and CRM systems. You will be part of an environment that encourages creativity and empowers team members to reach their full potential and you will report to the marketing manager.

What are your key accountabilities?

• Identify and resolve issues related to the CRM database and its integration with other systems (power BI, medius, financial tools, ERP).
• Translate the design with the company's strategy (dealer management), administration, optimization, and maintenance.
• Manage CRM-related projects, including implementation, upgrades, integration of different systems (eg power BI) and ongoing maintenance.
• Carefully analyse customer interactions and try to create value for the customer. The ultimate goal would be one to one marketing.
• Ensure the CRM system is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

What we ask

You are a team player who possesses strong problem-solving skills. You understand customer needs and the ability to align CRM strategies to enhance customer experiences and engagement. You're good with managing multiple projects with competing priorities and various stakeholders, and you can communicate effectively, both verbally and written.

What you bring

• A master's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field is required;
• 3+ years of professional working experience with customization and configuration of CRM systems and database development
• In-depth knowledge and experience working with CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably with AI (copilot) and SQL
• Ability to analyse and interpret data, generate reports, and identify trends to improve CRM performance and business strategies.
• Familiarity with software integration, data migration, and customization of CRM platforms.
• Awareness of data security and privacy regulations
