About the job

In your role as Marketing Manager Swine you will be responsible for building and executing the marketing strategy for a proportion of our swine portfolio. You analyse and translate market trends, insights and market data to develop the strategy and build value propositions. In line, you lead the execution of marketing plans from start to finish. In this position you oversee and manage the portfolio of global offerings, including products, programs and services. For the part of product development and launch management you will develop go-to-market strategies, with tactical recommendations for all involved stakeholders. Overall, you will be developing complete program offers and identifying new market opportunities, monitoring customer satisfaction and benchmarking the portfolio. Finally, you will also be busy defining KPI's and monitoring the performance. You interact with senior leaders about marketing plans, strategies, and budgets.

A diverse but busy job!

The team you will be part of is very international and consists of 7 people, including yourself. Half of the team is responsible for Swine and the other half for Poultry.

You have a proven track record setting a marketing strategy and translating it into goals and dedicated actions. You are able to manage and coordinate international projects involving multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional team and local markets. You don't need to have global experience but you must be willing to work globally.

As a person, you are a true team player and are aware of the cultural differences worldwide. After all, we operate in more than 60 countries. The work location is Amersfoort. However, you can also work partly from home and about 20% of your time you will be travelling to different locations worldwide.

Furthermore, you have an open and constructive attitude, you are self-driven, result oriented and able to work independently with a sense of urgency to get things done.

What you bring

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management in the field of animal nutrition or similar industry

• Strategic mindset;

• Good knowledge of the swine market;

• You are really marketing focused instead of technically focused;

• Excellent written and spoken English, Spanish is a plus;

• Living within travel able distance of Amersfoort so you can be at this location at least 2 days a week.
