This well-known global company is dedicated to advancing a more environmentally friendly transportation network through the provision of electric vehicle charging solutions. You can be a valuable addition to their workforce, which comprises individuals from 70 diverse nationalities. Embrace the opportunity to be a part of this dynamic organization, where numerous exciting challenges await you.

Are you excited about logistics and available for six month? As a full-time Logistics Agent in Amsterdam, you:

> Efficiently generating and handling orders as they flow through CRM and ERP systems.

> Orchestrating, overseeing, and strategizing the timely delivery of orders to both customers and installation partners across Europe.

> Preparing the necessary shipping documentation.

> Overseeing inventory management and facilitating partner audit evaluations.

> Maintaining regular communication with Logistics Partner(s).

> Creating and managing return orders and coordinating return shipments.

>  Addressing internal and customer inquiries through email, case management, or phone, particularly concerning inventory or the specifics of their orders and shipments.

>  Performing additional supportive administrative duties.

What we ask:

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus!
  • You have analytical skills, enjoy stakeholder management, prioritization and like to work with attention to detail
  • One year experience in Logistics / Supply Chain and CRM& ERP systems
