We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth and enhancing client relationships.
As a Technical Sales Consultant at EMS, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement and growth efforts. You will leverage your subject matter expertise and product knowledge to apply a consultative approach in addressing clients' business challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Problem Solving: Use your deep understanding of EMS and/or technology providers, services, and related business processes to solve clients' business problems. Work collaboratively with existing clients and new customers to identify pain points and objectives and quantify the business benefits of our solutions.
- Credibility Building: Build and maintain credibility and confidence with prospective clients by demonstrating a clear understanding of their business issues, drivers, and challenges.
- Client Requirement Analysis: Analyse client requirements and construct appropriate responses, showcasing the capabilities of our software and services. Respond effectively to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) documents.
- Sales Consultancy: Act as a trusted advisor during client engagements, combining your subject matter expertise and product knowledge to create tailored solutions that align with clients' needs and objectives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients, the Sales team, Product Management team, and Account Management team to ensure seamless project implementations and client satisfaction.
- Analytical Skills: Apply your analytical skills and quick learning abilities to dive into functional and technical issues, collaborating with subject matter experts to design features or find solutions to complex problems.
- Product Strategy Input: Work with the Product Management team to provide valuable input into the future direction, strategy, and roadmap of EMS and Fiserv solutions based on client feedback and market insights.
- Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate with the Go-to-Market (GTM), Sales, and Marketing teams to define and execute 'Go to market' plans, including Sales and Marketing campaigns, to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- The ability to read and understand API's and Json. Great plus if you can also read: HTML, PHP, Python, .Net, SQL.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude, adaptability, and practical approach
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch; other languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Quick learner and adaptable to evolving technologies.
- Experience in responding to RFI/RFP documents is a plus.
- Project management skills are desirable.
- Stress resistant.
