Wat ga jij doen als ESG and Technology Sales Lead?
The ESG and Technology sales lead, is part of the markets organization. The function reports directly into the Markets Organization and functionally into the ESG Advisory lead.
Next to that the Senior Manager - ESG and Technology Sales Lead works with relevant business development and business owners of ESG, advisory and technology suite and the ESG alliances lead. Working closely with Alliance partners, this role will develop and convert ESG opportunities. This role also works closely together with KPMG Alliance management and Technology Suite to drive sales related to specific ESG technology solutions (SAP, MS, ServiceNow, Microsoft etc...)
Quantative Responsibilities:
- Identify 10+ qualified leads (250K+)
- Successfully drive end-to-end sales process for 3-5 engagements (250K+) in responsible role
- Support at least 2 sales-processes targeting 1MIO+ engagements in role as consulted expert
Qualitative Responsibilities:
- Contribution to Sales Events and Marketing Activities
- Push Thought Leadership into the market (to be developed by EMA/global/NL Technology, Alliances or ESG advisory teams)
- Business plans ESG advisory, Technology and Alliances
- Relationships with ESG Advisory teams
- Relationships and alliance partners
Jouw uitdagingen
- Sell ESG advisory projects with strong technology component, including tech enabled solutions and D&A work
- Sell services related to the design, selection and implementation of specialist software for GHG accounting, ESG reporting (CSRD), supply due diligence (CSDDD), traceability and/or circularity.
- Generates opportunities in regards to ESG Alliance partners (networking, branding and marketing, relations, etc.) and bring KPMG's Alliance team in position to progress the leads
- Managing and expanding relations with clients (incl. CTO environment) and technology enabled ESG service providers
- Up to date understanding of ESG advisory, D&A, technology and alliance solutions (and competitive position/strengths)
- Supports BD process of ESG alliance, technology and advisory teams
