As a part-time customer service representative in Amsterdam at a fast-growing car brand, you will be the first point of contact for customers and handle various administrative challenges. From contract review to managing purchase orders, you handle it all. You ensure the entire order-to-delivery process runs smoothly.

Here’s what your tasks will look like:

• Managing commercial reports and workflows;
• Serving as the point of contact for the registration process of customers and internal vehicles;
• Quickly and accurately answering questions about planning and documentation.
