Start working as a parttime assistant team leader in logistics in Nijmegen! At this company, you can work in a leadership role while working 32 to 40 hours per week. What will you be doing?
In your role, you will be the point of contact for the order-picking (evening) team. The orders need to be shipped on time for the next day, and you, along with your team of 10-20 people, are responsible for making that happen. You ensure that quality is maintained and that work is done efficiently. Your tasks will include performing quality checks, handling and processing complaints, creating schedules, conducting performance reviews, and adjusting the production process as necessary.
Additionally, you will assist the team with their daily tasks of gathering orders. It’s a varied role with enough responsibility! Together with the team lead of the entire logistics team, you’ll also participate in job interviews for new colleagues. Your opinion is highly valued!

That’s why this company is happy to offer you a direct contract. Depending on your experience, you will earn a salary between €2800 and €3000 gross per month. Since you’ll be responsible for the evening team, your working hours will be from 16:00 to 01:00, and you’ll, of course, receive appropriate evening shift allowances!
