Looking for a temporary job as a research analist? FrieslandCampina Wageningen is looking for you to support the Farm Sustainability team!

36 uur per week

What are you going to do:

FrieslandCampina Wageningen is looking for an enthusiastic research analist who will support the Farm sustainability team. You will be performing researches and analyses on sustainability within FrieslandCampina on the topics of Climate, Nature and Animal Welfare. You´ll do this by working with fact-based modeling where you will translate data into innovative actions and tools at farm level and (farmer) business models. 

As part of the farm sustainability team you:
• Use data analyses and methodologies such as Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) on (parts of) the dairy chain to drive farm sustainability;
• Explain results to stakeholders both with and without sustainability expertise;
• Participate in sustainability projects;
• Represent FrieslandCampina at external meetings like conferences, working groups, while balancing the interest of the dairy sector as well as sustainability.

This is a temporary job until the end of april 2025 because of a maternity leave replacement. The main location where you will be working is Wageningen, but each week you will also work one day in Amersfoort. This is a job for 36 hours a week. 

What we offer:

  • Salary between €3700,- and €4450,-, depending on work experience;
  • Choice to receive salary weekly or per 4 weeks;
  • Full reimbursement when travelling by public transport, €0,23 per km when travelling by own transport;
  • A temporary job till end of april 25;
  • Starting date = as soon as possible;

What we ask:

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability ; Environmental science, agriculture, animal science or something comparable;
  • Experience in data analyses with farm data, performing agricultural LCA analyses and/or modelling;
  • Ability to place sustainability in broad perspective of dairy farming and dairy manufacturing;
  • Fluent in English.
