Are you the customer service here we're looking for? Join this young and informal team in Utrecht, where you play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for their customers, making sure they end every interaction with a smile. You will answer questions via phone, email, and chat, resolving complaints and issues with empathy and a customer-focused approach.
What does your workday look like?
No two days are the same, and that’s what makes this role so exciting! Your day starts with a team meeting, where you share the latest updates and tips with your colleagues. Then, you dive into customer inquiries. Whether it’s a simple request or a complex issue, you always strike the right tone and come up with solutions. With your strong communication skills and problem-solving ability, you ensure that customers feel heard and valued.

Who are you?
You have at least an MBO level 4 diploma or equivalent experience. You are empathetic, customer-oriented, and have a strong drive to solve problems. Furthermore, you are a true team player and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
