What are you going to do:
A prestigious Turkish investment bank based in the heart of Amsterdam is looking for a driven and organized personal assistant. With a professional and international environment and excellent public transport connections, this workplace offers the perfect setting to grow your career in finance and banking.
As a personal assistant, you will be the right hand of the executive management team. Your daily tasks will include managing executive calendars, handling confidential communication with business partners and clients, organizing meetings and international travel, and maintaining smooth internal coordination with the bank’s headquarters in Turkey. You'll also help manage general office operations and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Your role is essential to ensure the executive team stays organized, focused, and ready to seize business opportunities.
