BeschrijvingAs Foreman, you are operationally responsible for leading and motivating employees in the production environment. You have a hands-on attitude and are always ready to jump in when needed. Thanks to your overview and insight, processes run efficiently and according to plan. You are the go-to person for your team and support the Supervisor in reaching the department’s goals.
Your responsibilities include:
- Independently managing a shift and allocating daily tasks
- Instructing team members on procedures and ensuring correct execution
- Monitoring progress, handling administrative tasks, and keeping accurate records
- Identifying, solving, and preventing disruptions and bottlenecks in the process
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Supporting the Supervisor and stepping in during their absence
- Planning and distributing team members efficiently across departments
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated colleague who fits the following profile:
- MBO-level education or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in a production or logistics setting
- Proficient in Dutch, with a basic understanding of English
- Available for a 5-shift rotation (33.6 hours per week) BUT starting on a 3-shift system.
- A true team player with strong communication skills
