Fulltime Demand Planner at Unilever in Rotterdam

What are you going to do:

As a Fulltime Demand Planner at Unilever in Rotterdam, you are responsible for delivering accurate volume forecasts for the Benelux market. You will analyze market dynamics and translate commercial plans from Sales and Marketing into a reliable demand forecast. This forecast is critical input for Unilever’s supply chain to plan production effectively. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Trade Category Management, and Marketing, playing a key role in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Your Responsibilities

You will manage an 18-month rolling demand forecast, focusing mainly on the 2–6 month horizon. By combining market insights, historical data, and input from various stakeholders, you ensure the forecast is accurate and actionable. Additionally, you’ll help improve forecasting models, initiate projects to automate processes, reduce costs, and turn data into clear insights using visualization tools like PowerBI or Google Data Studio. You’ll also build scripts to support teams, improve system data quality, and automate routine tasks—constantly seeking ways to simplify and optimize.
