What are you going to do:
We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking junior procurement specialist to join a leading international company in Berlin. This is not a traditional sales or purchasing role, it's about accuracy, systems, and smooth processes. You’ll work behind the scenes, keeping the procurement engine running.
In this full-time position, your role is highly administrative and IT-focused. You’ll process and manage large volumes of digital documents, primarily using OCR software to extract information from order confirmations (like delivery times and pricing). No two days are the same, and your sharp attention to detail will be key in catching errors and keeping everything on track.
Your tasks at a glance:

Process and check incoming order confirmations using OCR and ERP systems

Enter and update procurement data (prices, delivery times, supplier details) with precision

Support the Purchase-to-Pay cycle and follow up on late or incorrect orders

Communicate with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, sourcing teams) about document discrepancies

Keep digital systems and records accurate and up to date

Assist with contract data management and ensure compliance with internal policies
What we offer:
- A full-time gross salary between €3,500–€3,800/month
- A hybrid work model in vibrant Berlin, office presence required, flexibility guaranteed

What we ask:
- Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
- You speak Dutch and English fluently (German is a plus)
- You are structured, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
- You’re experienced or interested in working with data and systems (e.g., OCR, ERP software, document scanning, Excel)
