Looking for a career start in finance? Saxo Bank in Amsterdam is looking for a customer service rep to support Italian and Dutch clients.
What are you going to do:
As a key member of Saxo Bank’s international client services team, you’ll be the first point of contact for investors from Italy and the Netherlands as a customer support representative. You’ll handle questions and requests across phone, email, and chat - making sure each client receives clear, timely, and professional support. Your work will always follow financial regulations and internal procedures, ensuring top-quality service.
This is not just a customer support role, it’s your entry into the world of investment banking. You’ll get deep knowledge of financial products and trading platforms while working alongside experienced investment advisors and specialists. Whether it’s helping someone navigate the platform or assisting with account queries, you’ll provide assistance in investments for B2C and B2B clients after some training and gaining work experience.
We are looking for candidates who speak fluent Italian and have strong communication skills in Dutch. If you enjoy problem-solving, engaging with people, and can stay calm under pressure while thinking critically, this role is a fit for you. No prior finance experience is necessary: What matters most is your curiosity about financial markets and your motivation to learn and grow within the industry.
