In this client facing role, you will be the main point of contact for investors from France and the Netherlands. Whether through phone, email, or chat, you will provide clear, professional, and timely support - always ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial regulations. Your ability to communicate effectively and calmly under pressure will help clients navigate their investment questions and account needs with confidence.

This is more than a typical customer support position: It’s your gateway into investment banking. You will receive comprehensive training on Saxo Bank’s products and platforms, working closely with experienced advisors and specialists. Over time, you’ll develop valuable insights into financial markets and gain skills to grow your career in a dynamic industry.

We’re looking for candidates who speak fluent French and have good Dutch communication skills. You don’t need prior finance experience. What counts most is your curiosity about financial markets, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.
