What are you going to do:

You’ll be joining a rapidly growing scale-up focused on connecting homeowners with professionals who specialize in eco-friendly home improvements. The company's mission is to simplify the process of making homes more energy-efficient. As a Swedish-speaking customer service employee via YoungCapital, you will play an important role in making that happen.

Your main task will be reaching out to Swedish-speaking customers by phone. You’ll confirm their personal and property details and help guide them through the next steps toward improving the energy efficiency of their homes. This might involve solutions like solar panels, insulation upgrades, or other green technologies. Besides offering helpful guidance, you’ll also support customers with any questions or concerns they may have, making sure their experience is smooth and positive. If you're interested, there are also opportunities to get involved in sales and grow your role over time.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking on the phone, thrives with structure, and likes to take initiative. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required, and strong communication and empathy skills are key. While prior customer service experience is a plus, it’s not a must. You’ll be working in an international environment with motivated colleagues who share a common goal, making sustainable living more accessible.

The role offers flexible hours, you're only required to work four hours per week, with the freedom to plan your schedule around that. After completing an in-person training period in Amsterdam, you’ll have the opportunity to work from home. Whether you're looking to gain international experience with your Swedish language, or grow within a purpose-driven company, this is a chance to do both.

What we ask:

  • At least finished high school
  • You are fluent in both Danish and English;
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus;
