Fulltime native English speaking customer service job in Amsterdam

Our client is a leader in delivering customer service support for various clients. They offer flexible and professional solutions for their customers in all customer service areas. You will be a part of a worldwide talented team of 130 000 customer service employees who represent some of world’s largest corporations. Teamwork and employee development is one of their priorities. Some of the clients they work with are Netflix, Dell and Expedia.

One of their clients is a luxurious fashion brand, which is in search of English speaking customer service employees, as well as one of the biggest sports brands of the world.

As a customer support professional, you are responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding fashion products, helping them with their questions and providing the highest level of customer service. During the phone or email conversation you must be able to collect the right information to accurately help the customer. You will participate in team meetings and additional training. You will also share your achievements with your colleagues to stimulate and encourage everyone.

We are in search of employees who are available for 40 hours a week from the 24th of July. You will start with a 2 week training to learn everything about the products and the brand. The working hours are as followed:

Sportbrand : from Monday till Friday starting from 9.00 am until 9.00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9.00 am until 6.00 pm. We are looking for various availability, including weekends and holidays.

Fashionbrand: from Monday till Friday starting from 9.30 am until 6.00 pm,

Selection days are Tuesday 18th of july or Wednesday 19th of July.

Wat wij vragen:

  • Intermediate vocational education (MBO)
    • You are a native English speaker (UK/USA/Australia/New-Sealand);

    • You have strong PC skills and you are interested in fashion;

    • You are service oriented, but also sales minded;

    • You are outgoing, enthousiastic and approachable;

    • You are well-organized, accurate and motivated.
