As a Dutch + German-speaking customer and finance administrative support specialist, you’ll help users resolve issues related to billing, payments, refunds, or account data, either by phone or email.You’ll handle sensitive data with care, provide clear solutions, and collaborate closely with teams like IT, sales, and tech support helping resolve complex cases, updating records, and improving processes.


The position of Dutch + German-speaking customer and finance administrative support specialist is either part-time or full-time (20–40h/week), depending on your availability. Your calm communication and problem-solving skills will make a real difference in the customer journey, and in the shift toward a more sustainable world.


What we offer:

  • €3,298.61 monthly salary (full-time, excl. holiday pay)
  • Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the Amsterdam office

What we ask:

  • Fluent in Dutch and German (B2 minimum), strong English skills
  • Experience in customer service, ideally with finance/invoicing exposure
  • Proactive mindset with strong communication & empathy
  • Able to de-escalate situations and guide customers with clarity
