Ready to bring some color into your career? As French/Dutch-speaking commercial admin via YoungCapital in Belgium, you’ll be the driving force behind the scenes in the color mixing machine (CMM) department, making sure everything flows like a perfect paint blend.You’ll be the friendly voice for Belgian customers, chatting confidently in French and Dutch, solving their questions and keeping them smiling.
As a commercial admin via YoungCapital you’ll be responsible for organizing the installation of mixing machines throughout Belgium and the EMEA region, coordinating all the logistics to ensure everything happens on time and without a hitch. You’ll also schedule and manage maintenance work by collaborating closely with technicians and external partners to keep the machines in top shape.
On the administrative side, you’ll handle invoices, contracts, budgets, and plan transportation for equipment - making sure all paperwork and planning run smoothly. Managing stock levels and providing after-sales support to customers will also be part of your daily routine.
Flexibility is key in this role, as you’ll regularly tackle unexpected tasks and changing priorities, always focusing on delivering excellent customer service and efficient operations.

Wat wij vragen:
- HBO level education
- Minimum availability of 30 to 34 hours per week (up to 40).
- Experience with customer service, preferably in a technical or commercial environment.
