About Us
We’ve been active in the freelance world for over 10 years. In 2018, we launched a new platform to better support independent professionals in finding the right assignments. From our brand-new office on the Leidsestraat in Amsterdam, a close-knit team of 15 colleagues works every day toward one mission: connecting freelancers to exciting projects at inspiring companies.
Now it's time for the next step: building our very own sales and consultancy team!
What will you do as a Recruitment Specialist?
In this 360-degree recruitment role, you're responsible for the entire process — from sourcing to placement. You will:
- Source and screen freelancers using our powerful tools and database (100,000+ profiles)
- Guide both candidates and clients toward the perfect match
- Work with warm leads and existing demand — no cold acquisition needed
- Bring structure to ongoing processes and actively contribute to improvements
- Work full-time from our Amsterdam office (40 hours per week)
Our systems are in place, the tools are ready, now it’s up to you to use them smartly and effectively.

Wat wij vragen:
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or sales
- You're confident on the phone and skilled at having professional-level conversations
- You are presentable, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent level of thinking
- You’re opportunity-minded, work independently, and actively seek connection with your team
