Do you already have experience with customer contact and are solution-oriented? Then join an international team of around 20 colleagues and provide customers with the solutions they are looking for. As a full-time German-speaking customer service representative via YoungCapital, you will work closely with the Dutch team, so a basic knowledge of Dutch is equally important. Any additional language is a huge plus!

With your strong communication skills, you will answer German-speaking customers' questions or concerns about our products and help them find solutions. Additionally, you will liaise with our suppliers and shipping partners via phone, email, and chat.
