As a German Technical Support employee (m/f) you will be responsible for answering and processing of technical questions about consumer electronics. For this role, it is a must that you have affinity with electronics. The client is the central point of attention for our customer and we strive to deliver optimal customer services and 100% customer satisfaction. It is important that you are able to sympathize with the customer and have great analytical skills in order to define the root cause to problems and find the best possible solution, as fast as possible. The job is for at least 20 hours per week.

Required skills:
- Good knowledge of the German, French and English language;

- Available for fulltime training for XXX weeks starting from XXX.
