What are you going to do:
About the role
As an Inside Sales Account Representative at Accenture, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. You will guide potential clients through the early stages of the sales process, from the first conversation to identifying their needs and showing how Accenture’s cloud solutions can help their business. You will answer any questions they might have in the initial part of the sales process, and build the necessary trust and foundation to close the deal. In addition to this, you’ll keep existing accounts engaged, look for upsell opportunities, and work with your team to achieve the sales targets. An important part of the job is also to analyze the sales metrics and communicate to the leadership how the sales number can improve based on the analysis.
Who are you?
You are someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and closing deals. You also have an analytical eye.You speak native, or near native German and fluent English. We are looking for someone who already has some experience in sales or lead generation. You’re motivated by targets, curious about new technologies, and eager to grow your skills in an international environment.
Where will you work?
In this position you will be part of one of the world’s leading companies in consulting and technology. The job requires that you are available to work 40 hours a week, and come into the office 2 days a week. You will join an international team, in a professional but supportive environment, where there’s plenty of room to learn and grow.
What we offer:
- A salary of 15 euro/hour;

What we ask:
- HBO level education;
- Native or near-native German speaker;
