As an native level English-speaking customer service agent, you will handle customer inquiries in English via email, phone, and social media. It's your responsibility to provide information about products and services and to help English speaking customers with their shopping needs. This isn’t just about assistance - it’s a chance to inspire costumers and introduce them to the enchanting world of Rituals. This fully remote customer service position offers you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Netherlands in your home office. 

Who you are:

You have a passion for cosmetics and strong communication skills. With empathy, you provide outstanding support to our English customers. That's why being fluent in English is necessary. Are you ready to commit to at least 24 hours per week? This customer service agent role is the perfect match for you!

Please note that this position is temporary until the end of 2025 and we are looking for native level speakers.
