Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent

• Provide high-quality customer service in Polish via phone, email, and online forms

• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer support every day

Training is set to take place between mid-October and mid-November, and this temporary position will cover the busiest three months of the year.

• Flexible working hours with different shift options:
• 08:45–18:00
• 11:00–21:00
• 10:00–18:30
• Shift lengths of 4, 6, or 8 hours – ideal for work-life balance
• Rotating schedules every 4 weeks, with the chance to indicate your preferences
• Temporary contract covering the busiest 3 months of the year (training between mid-October and mid-November)
