What are you going to do:

As a customer service agent, you will be the voice of Rituals! You will be responsible for answering questions in Italian via email, telephone, and social media, ensuring that each interaction with Rituals is a positive experience.Your goal will be to understand our customer’s wishes and inspire them with your knowledge of our products.

What you bring to the table:

You are a great communicator, have an empathic nature, and understand the needs of our Italian customers. With your native fluency in Italian and English, you are all set for this exciting challenge as a customer service agent working from home.

Flexible working hours:

Don't hesitate: become a call center agent working from home at Rituals! All we need is someone who is committed to working at least 20 hours per week (more is also possible!). There are several shifts: day shift (8:45 a.m.–6:00 p.m.), late shift (11:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.), and weekend shift (10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.). We offer flexible shift lengths of 4, 6, or 8 hours, giving you the freedom to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle perfectly.
