We are looking for Italian speakers to join Rituals as a customer service agent via YoungCapital. Do you love beauty, wellness, and creating small moments of joy for others? Ready to use your Italian skills to guide customers through a world of scents, candles, and self-care, all from the comfort of your own home? If so, this role is made for you!

At Rituals, every product is designed to turn everyday routines into little rituals. With 25 years of experience, Rituals has grown from a small Amsterdam brand into a global name, and now they need your help to make customers’ experiences extra special.

Your role:

Help customers make the right choice when picking products for their self-care routine, answer questions and be the friendly Italian-speaking voice via phone, e-mail, and social media in the comfort of your home.

Flexible working hours:

You can commit to at least 20 hours a week? Then don't hesitate and become a customer service representative via YoungCapital for Rituals. Shifts include:

• Day shift (08:45 am - 06:00 pm);
• Late shift (11:00 am - 09:00 pm);
• Weekend (10:00 am - 18:30 pm);

Flexible shift lengths of 4, 6, or 8 hours let you create a schedule that fits your life.
