What are you going to do:

Are you a fluent German speaker who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences? Join a dynamic international team and become the go-to expert for German-speaking customers.

 In this role, you will provide customer support via phone, email, and social media, addressing inquiries from customers, suppliers, and carriers. You will ensure clear, friendly, and timely communication, prioritizing a customer-centric approach. Collaborating with colleagues within the German service & customer support department, you'll resolve complex issues, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive customer journey.
