What are you going to do:

 Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service? Our client, a fast-growing, fully digital insurance company, is looking for a Spanish-speaking customer support agent to join their Leusden office. This is a unique opportunity to work in a young, dynamic company that is shaping the future of digital insurance.

Their services allow customers to manage, adjust, cancel, or claim their insurance entirely online, anytime, anywhere. As a customer support agent, you will be the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, helping them navigate these digital services and ensuring they get the support they need.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Guiding Spanish-speaking customers through their insurance products and helping them understand how the digital system works;
  • Handling questions, requests, and procedures efficiently, making sure customers feel supported at every step;
  • Managing all communication through phone calls, emails, and other digital channels;
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions and building strong customer relationships.

This role offers the flexibility to work up to 3 days per week from home, giving you the perfect balance between office collaboration and remote work.

What we ask

  • Completed mbo level 4 or equivalent education
  • Fluency in Spanish (C1+), with the ability to communicate in Dutch or English with colleagues
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus
  • Availability to work 32–40 hours per week
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
