Are you looking forward to joining an international team and making your career in full-time customer service? As a Danish-speaking customer service agent, you will support travelers across Europe, using your native-level Danish and strong English skills. This large contact center is looking for the right long term fit to develop themself in a prime customer focused environment. Already motivated to become a team lead one day? 

In this full-time role, you’ll handle customer inquiries in Danish via chat, phone and email for a major Dutch airline. You make sure to answer travelers around the world fast and stress-free. You will support Danish customers with flight bookings, changes, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs, while also assisting customers by phone during scheduled shifts. Working in a straight forward CRM system, you’ll manage multiple channels and work closely with your international colleagues.

After completing your onboarding in this customer service team, you can enjoy a hybrid working model in the offices in Amsterdam plus the comfort of your own home, 2 days a week.
