Fulltime and Hybrid German Customer Service Agent in Amsterdam for KLM

What are you going to do:

You are the primary point of contact for the professional travel industry that works together with KLM!

Instead of helping individual passengers, you acts as a high-level advisor for travel agents that have any questions and problem that are beyond their own expertise. Your mission is to provide experts support on everything from corporate tariffs and special business contracts to group ticket orders and complex refunds. Whether you are solving technical issues within the systems or answering questions via telephone, chat, and email, your goal is to ensure that KLM's business partners can deliver a seamless travel experience to their clients!

You will join the international hub of KLM's customer agents based, at the office in Amsterdam!

You will be part of a diverse, multilingual team that prides itself on delivering premium services. The atmosphere is dynamic, professional, but also focused on teamspirit.

You are a communicative professional with a drive for complex logistical problems!
