What are you going to do:
This is a full-time and hybrid customer service position for the largest Dutch airline, based near Amsterdam. You will primarily support the German-speaking B2B segment, advising professional travel agents and corporate travel managers. Your core task as a customer service agent is to act as a specialist and to handle service requests for our German-speaking clients. You will answer questions through telephone, chat and email. This includes providing detailed information on corporate tariffs, special business contracts, group ticket orders, processing refunds, or resolving technical issues within various booking systems.
You already bring along prior experience as a German-speaking customer service agent or related fields? Great! While experience with CRM and Ticketing systems is a plus, you can also start if you have less experience. During your first working days you will complete a paid training session in the office in Amsterdam to learn the necessary technical skills for this full-time position. After completing the training, you will start to work in a hybrid working model: You can work one to two days from your home office. On your commute to your office in Amsterdam, you will also be supported with a travel allowance.
This customer service position is full-time, covering 32 to 40 hours per week. The job starts on February 5th with the 11-day paid training period. Here, you will learn everything you need to have a great start: Technical know-how on CRM & Ticketing Systems and product knowledge for the German-speaking B2B market. After your training period you will benefit from the hybrid working model: One to two days from your home office and the rest in the office in Amsterdam.
